</p></div><div><p>RESPONSIBILITY: The Q.A. technician reports to and derives authority from his/her Quality Assurance Supervisor/Lead Person. These individuals have the authority to take action as necessary to carry out appointed duties.</p></div><div><br>

</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Product temperature checks (frozen/ fully cooked).</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Box counts/ Portion weight checks.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Boneless product inspection.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Inedible dock checks.</p>
</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Hold/ release record keeping.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Scale/ metal detector checks.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>General record keeping/ filing.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Condemned/ contamination reports.</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Tolerant of extended periods of time standing, walking &amp; variation in environment (temperatures, humidity, flour, etc.).</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Bug light checks (weekly). Rodent trap checks (inside/outside) (monthly).</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Thermometer calibrations.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Sanitation inspections (inside/ outside).</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Mid-shift swabs (as requested).</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Verify monitor tests to satisfy HACCP/SQF.</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><br>

<p></p><div><p>WORKING CONDITIONS: Exposure to varying temperatures from warm to cold, some heavy lifting, dust, noise, slippery floors. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.</p></div></div><br>

</div><p></p><div><p>QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Must pass company math test. Computer knowledge and the ability to work well with other departments is essential. Self motivated, quality minded, reliable individual. Must be able to work with little supervision. Ability to use Radio/phone system. Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs, up to 8 hours per day. Must be able to work with and handle confidential information. Must meet the physical abilities evaluation for this position. Must successfully complete all required training.</p></div><div><br>

HAND CUTTER JOB DESCRIPTION</b></p><br>

Summary of Role &amp; Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>
The Poultry Cutter position is a member of the Production Department. The Poultry Cutter position is chiefly responsible for cutting, trimming and sizing poultry products.</p><br>
<p><b>
Essential Job Functions/Duties</b><br>
Below is a brief outline of the essential job functions and duties, which may be adjusted by management from time to time.</p>
<p>
1. Use knives to cut and trim meat.</p>
<p>
2. Clean, trim, slice and section carcasses for future processing.</p>
<p>
3. Cut and trim meat to customer specification</p>
<p>
4. Remove parts, such as skin and bones from carcass.</p>
<p>
5. Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat.</p>
<p>
6. Provide support to floor when needed.</p><br>
<p><b>
Qualifications &amp; Education Requirements</b><br>
1. High school graduate or equivalent, but relevant work experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.</p>
<p><b>

<p>
1. Prior production experience preferred, but not required.</p>
<p>
