Job Title: Mother Teacher &ndash; Primary SectionLocation: Indrayani Nagar, Bhosari, PuneJob Summary:The Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing young learners in the primary section . Acting as a bridge between students, parents, and the school, the Mother Teacher plays a crucial role in developing the child's overall personality and academic foundation in a warm, supportive, and engaging environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the single point of contact for students and parents of the assigned class.</li><li>Teach core subjects (typically English, Mathematics, EVS, and Life Skills).</li><li>Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth.</li><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.</li><li>Monitor student progress and provide individual attention to support diverse learning needs.</li><li>Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain detailed student records.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents through PTMs, phone calls, and written updates.</li><li>Collaborate with co-teachers, subject teachers, and school management for planning and events.</li><li>Inculcate values, discipline, and etiquette among students.</li><li>Organize and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.</li><li>Maintain classroom hygiene and discipline, and ensure safety protocols are followed.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably B.Ed or equivalent).</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of teaching experience in primary/early years education.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written).</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach.</li><li>Familiarity with modern teaching methods and classroom technologies.</li></ul>Preferred Traits:<ul><li>Warm, approachable, and motherly demeanor.</li><li>Creative and innovative in teaching strategies.</li><li>Team player with good organizational skills.</li><li>Passion for teaching and mentoring young children.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
