With a mission to democratize access to intelligent tools for business and finance, BranchX powers over 400,000 retailers and 100+ leading brands across India.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a passionate UI Designer to craft visually engaging, scalable, and user-centric designs across our mobile products. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Developers to elevate the BranchX product ecosystem through intuitive design systems, visual storytelling, and seamless user experiences.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces for mobile applications (Android &amp; iOS).</li><li>Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to translate wireframes and requirements into production-ready screens.</li><li>Contribute to and maintain the BranchX Design System ensuring consistency and scalability.</li><li>Prototype interactive flows in Figma, and conduct quick usability validations.</li><li>Stay updated on current mobile design patterns, accessibility standards, and emerging UI trends.</li><li>Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of professional experience in UI design, preferably in a product-based or fintech company.</li><li>Strong command over Figma &mdash; including auto layout, components, prototyping, and design systems.</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and attention to detail (color, typography, spacing).</li><li>Understanding of mobile app design guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).</li><li>Familiarity with UX principles, motion design, and micro-interactions is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively and deliver in a fast-paced, startup environment.</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Basic knowledge of front-end handoff tools (Zeplin, Storybook, etc.)</li><li>Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.</li><li>Understanding of fintech or commerce user flows.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
