We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Officer to oversee and manage the organization&rsquo;s legal affairs. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, handling legal documentation, providing advisory support, and representing the company in legal matters.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.Provide legal opinions and advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.Ensure compliance with statutory obligations under applicable laws (Labour, Corporate, Commercial, Environmental, etc.).Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and government bodies.Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or dispute resolution matters.Maintain and update legal records, case files, and documentation.Advise management on risk exposure and suggest preventive legal measures.Assist in drafting internal policies in compliance with the law.Desired Candidate Profile:Education: LLB / LLM from a recognized university.Experience: 2&ndash;6 years of relevant experience as a Legal Officer / Associate / Legal Executive (corporate or law firm).Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contracts, labour laws, property laws, and compliance frameworks.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple legal issues independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.Key Skills:Corporate Law | Contract Management | Legal Drafting | Litigation | Arbitration | Compliance | Legal Advisory | Labour Law | Negotiation | Risk Mitigationmail us your Updated CV to hr@innxt.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per month
