This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from digital art and motion graphics to print advertising and web design, all within a collaborative and energetic environment.Duties<ul><li>Develop compelling visual content for digital and print media, including branding materials, marketing campaigns, social media graphics, and promotional assets.</li><li>Lead art direction to ensure cohesive visual storytelling aligned with brand guidelines.</li><li>Create engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and other animation tools to enhance multimedia projects.</li><li>Design logos, icons, layouts, and typography that communicate brand identity clearly and effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to produce content that drives engagement and supports strategic goals.</li><li>Manage digital design projects using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and content management systems such as WordPress.</li><li>Conduct photo manipulation and digital art creation to produce high-quality visuals for diverse applications.</li><li>Maintain color management standards and ensure consistency across all visual outputs.</li><li>Produce production-ready designs for sign manufacturing, print advertising, and presentation materials.</li><li>Incorporate user interface (UI) design principles for web projects utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and InVision prototypes.</li><li>Edit videos and create visual effects that enhance storytelling through video editing software.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends in graphic design, digital art, motion graphics, and web development to continually elevate our creative output.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, motion graphics, logo design, and digital art projects.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Sketch, CorelDRAW, Figma, InVision, and other relevant tools.</li><li>Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, typesetting, and visual hierarchy principles.</li><li>Experience designing for both digital platforms (websites using WordPress or content management systems) and print media (signs, brochures).</li><li>Knowledge of web development basics including HTML, CSS, JavaScript is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with photo manipulation techniques and video editing software to create compelling multimedia content.</li><li>Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients or internal teams.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
