About the PositionWe're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video content for websites, social media, YouTube, advertising campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling across multiple automotive and lifestyle brands.The ideal candidate has a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, color, sound design, and motion graphics while being comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment.If you're passionate about creating content that drives engagement and sales, we'd love to meet you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit promotional, commercial, and social media videos</li><li>Create engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms</li><li>Edit product demonstrations, interviews, customer testimonials, and event coverage</li><li>Color grade and audio mix videos for professional-quality delivery</li><li>Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects</li><li>Organize and maintain video assets and project files</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to develop creative concepts</li><li>Assist with storyboarding and planning video productions</li><li>Optimize videos for various platforms and advertising specifications</li><li>Stay current on video trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices</li><li>Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of professional video editing experience</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating editing and storytelling abilities</li><li>Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve</li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:</li><li>Premiere Pro</li><li>After Effects</li><li>Photoshop</li><li>Illustrator</li><li>Lightroom (preferred)</li><li>Understanding of video codecs, frame rates, resolutions, and export settings</li><li>Experience with color correction and color grading</li><li>Knowledge of audio editing and mixing</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly</li><li>Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail</li></ul>Bonus QualificationsExperience with any of the following is a plus:<ul><li>Unreal Engine</li><li>Blender or Cinema 4D</li><li>3D animation or product visualization</li><li>Motion graphics design</li><li>Drone videography (FAA Part 107 Certification is a plus)</li><li>Photography and studio lighting</li><li>Automotive industry experience</li><li>Product photography</li></ul>What You'll Be CreatingYou'll work on a wide variety of marketing content, including:<ul><li>Product launch videos</li><li>Commercial advertisements</li><li>Social media reels and shorts</li><li>YouTube videos</li><li>Trade show videos</li><li>Customer testimonials</li><li>Product tutorials</li><li>Brand documentaries</li><li>Behind-the-scenes content</li><li>Motion graphics and promotional animations</li></ul>What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who:<ul><li>Has a creative eye for visual storytelling</li><li>Thrives in a collaborative environment</li><li>Takes pride in producing polished, professional work</li><li>Is organized and dependable</li><li>Can manage multiple deadlines</li><li>Is always looking to improve and learn new techniques</li><li>Understands what makes content perform across today's digital platforms</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay: $20&ndash;$28/hour</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth</li><li>Creative and collaborative work environment</li><li>Paid holidays and paid time off</li><li>Health, dental, and vision benefits</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit:<ul><li>Your resume</li><li>A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your best work</li><li>Links to any YouTube, Vimeo, or social media content you've created</li></ul>Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is more than just an editor they're a visual storyteller who understands marketing, branding, and how to create content that captures attention and drives results.
