We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Videographer and Video Editor to capture, produce, and edit high-quality video content for our diverse clientele. This hybrid role requires technical proficiency behind the camera and exceptional skill in post-production to deliver engaging, performance-driven videos for social media and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Production &amp; Filming: Plan, set up, and execute professional video shoots, including managing lighting, sound, and camera operation (both in-studio and on-location).</li><li>Video Editing: Perform end-to-end video editing, including color correction, audio mixing, graphic overlays, text animations, and applying current platform-specific trends (e.g., dynamic social media cuts).</li><li>Content Formats: Specialize in producing various video lengths and styles, including short-form social media videos (TikToks/Reels), case studies, interviews, and promotional content.</li><li>Asset Management: Organize and maintain all raw footage and final project files, ensuring efficient archival and retrieval.</li><li>Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet high technical and aesthetic standards, adhere to client brand guidelines, and are optimized for specific delivery platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of professional experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, preferably within a commercial or agency setting.</li><li>Expert proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro required; proficiency in After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is a strong plus).</li><li>Proven expertise in camera operation, lighting techniques, and professional audio recording.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality videography and dynamic, engaging editing for digital platforms.</li><li>Ability to work independently on sets and efficiently manage post-production timelines to meet tight agency deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>professional: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
