 Brand IQ is seeking a reliable and hardworking&nbsp;Warehouse&nbsp;Associate to join our growing operations team. This role supports daily&nbsp;warehouse&nbsp;activities including receiving shipments, picking orders, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.

 Warehouse&nbsp;experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect products for accuracy and damage upon arrival
 </li>
 <li>
 Pick products accurately according to order and packing slips
 </li>
 <li>
 Pack items carefully to ensure safe delivery to customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Print shipping labels and process shipments using shipping systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize inventory and maintain accurate&nbsp;warehouse&nbsp;locations
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with kitting, product preparation, and special fulfillment projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized&nbsp;warehouse&nbsp;environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow&nbsp;warehouse&nbsp;procedures for scanning, tracking, and inventory control
 </li>
 </ul>

 Qualifications

 Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40&ndash;50 lbs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic computer skills helpful (shipping or inventory systems)
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
 </li>
