We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about data, lead generation, and performance marketing. The successful candidate will manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, analyze campaign performance, and continuously improve lead quality and return on investment.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys using data to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).</li><li>Manage Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) advertising campaigns.</li><li>Monitor and improve campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization.</li><li>Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio reporting.</li><li>Analyze marketing data and provide weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.</li><li>Work with designers and content creators to develop high-converting advertising assets.</li><li>Optimize landing pages and website user experience.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and marketing funnels.</li><li>Manage marketing budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI.</li><li>Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.</li><li>Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and landing page best practices.</li><li>Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is an asset).</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Google Ads Certification.</li><li>Meta Blueprint Certification.</li><li>Experience marketing educational institutions or service-based businesses.</li><li>Experience managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding $30,000.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits.</li><li>Professional development and certification support.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student success.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: E&pound;25,000.00 - E&pound;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
