Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SEO and SEM Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and techniques, with a focus on enhancing website visibility and driving organic traffic, as well as paid ad platforms such as Google AdWords and Meta. This role requires proficiency in various SEO and SEM tools and analytics platforms, as well as experience with content management systems and e-commerce optimization.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content development and optimization.</li><li>Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.</li><li>Implement link building strategies to enhance domain authority and visibility.</li><li>Utilize Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports.</li><li>Manage Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager for monitoring website health and performance.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO best practices in all digital marketing efforts.</li><li>Analyze competitors&rsquo; SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement within our own approach.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies related to SEO and digital marketing.</li><li>Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product pages for search engines.</li><li>Assist in social media management efforts to promote content and engage with target audiences.</li><li>Create and manage ad campaigns across multiple SEM platforms.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and make regular updates.</li></ul>* *<ul><li>Requirements</li><li>Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.</li><li>Proven experience, proficiency and success track record in Google AdWords and Meta.</li><li>Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs for analysis and reporting.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress for effective implementation of SEO strategies.</li><li>Experience with conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase conversions.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.</li><li>Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and their impact on SEO performance.</li><li>Ability to perform link building activities effectively while adhering to best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
