Salary</b></div><div><div>
The typical annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00 USD to $110,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.</div></div></div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations</li><li>
Analyze budgeting and accounting reports</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&mdash;verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening&mdash;for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal</li><li>
Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter</li><li>
Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint</li></ul><p><b>
Desired Experience:
</b></p><ul><li>5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR</li><li>
2 years&rsquo; experience within Department of the Navy (DoN)
</li><li>Financial management experience should include financial analysis of business programs including:<ul><li>
Development of cost estimates, program status reports</li><li>
Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Management Regulations (FMR)</li><li>
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)</li><li>
Planning, Program, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) process</li><li>
2 years&rsquo; experience with DoN procurement policies and procedures
</li></ul></li><li>Experience with:<ul><li>
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case documents</li><li>
Obligation and expenditure phasing plans</li></ul></li><li>
Experience in:<ul><li>
Navy Enterprise Resources Planning (NERP)</li><li>
Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)</li><li>
Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL)</li><li>
Other DoN financial automated accounting &amp; budgeting systems
</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>EDUCATION
</b></p><p><b>Degree: </b>MA/MS degree.</p><p><b>
Allowable Substitution: </b>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master&rsquo;s Degree or Associate&rsquo;s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master&rsquo;s Degree or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master&rsquo;s Degree.</p><p><b>
CLEARANCE</b></p><p><b>
