Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our COO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, adaptable, and capable of managing a variety of tasks.

This position is in office 5 days a week in Hackensack, NJ

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.</li>
<li>Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action items.</li>
<li>Draft and edit communications, helping prepare presentations, speeches, emails, reports and internal memos.</li>
<li>Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence.</li>
<li>Handle a variety of administrative tasks as they arise.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, required.</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience supporting executives, law firm or professional series setting preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.</li>
<li>High level of discretion and professionalism.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, etc.</li>

The anticipated base pay listed is a range, actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of our total compensation and competitive benefits package, which can include a discretionary bonus, 401(k), paid time off, and health benefits.<div>
Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
