Overview:</b></p>

As our firm expands, we're seeking seasoned and entrepreneurial-minded Personal Injury Attorneys to help lead the charge. This is a unique opportunity for solo practitioners or small firm owners with an existing caseload to join a growing, multi-state firm while maintaining autonomy and gaining access to firm resources, infrastructure, and support.</p>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Client Advocacy: Provide top-tier legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases.</li>
<li>Caseload Management: Manage existing and new PI cases from intake to resolution with a strong focus on client service and results.</li>
<li>Legal Strategy: Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop winning strategies tailored to your state's personal injury law.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Work with our multi-disciplinary team of attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.</li>
<li>Practice Growth: Participate in our market development&mdash;leverage your network while utilizing our business development resources.</li>
<li>Community Involvement: Build visibility through outreach, local engagement, and participation in legal and community events.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>JD from an accredited law school.</li>
<li>Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar.</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in personal injury law.</li>
<li>An existing caseload or client base.</li>
<li>Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a growth initiative.</li>
</ul><div><p><b>
Compensation: </b>The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.</p>
