Job Overview: Mits Solution is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and support the finance function. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Busy and Tally software.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records</li><li>Record daily accounting transactions, vouchers, and entries</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Perform bank and ledger reconciliations</li><li>Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies</li><li>Support audits and other finance-related tasks as required</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>6 months to 2 years of relevant accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices</li><li>Hands-on experience with Busy and Tally accounting software</li><li>Basic knowledge of GST and statutory compliance preferred</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
