Job Title: Personal Secretary / Office Coordinator (Garments &amp; E-commerce)Location: Faisalabad (Office-Based)Salary: PKR 30,000 &ndash; 40,000 (Based on experience)Job Overview:We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Personal Secretary to manage day-to-day operations of our garments stitching unit and online brand. The ideal candidate will handle production coordination, order management, and general office tasks to ensure smooth workflow.Key Responsibilities:Production &amp; Factory Coordination:<ul><li>Monitor daily production activities (what is being produced and upcoming production plans)</li><li>Coordinate with tailors and factory staff</li><li>Track order progress and ensure deadlines are met</li></ul>E-commerce &amp; Order Management:<ul><li>Manage online orders from different platforms</li><li>Ensure proper packing and timely dispatch of orders</li><li>Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally</li></ul>Office Management:<ul><li>Organize daily office operations</li><li>Maintain records (orders, production, dispatch)</li><li>Assist in task management and follow-ups</li><li>Requirements:</li><li>Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Social Media)</li><li>Basic understanding of garments/production (preferred but not mandatory)</li><li>Good communication skills (Urdu &amp; basic English)</li><li>Responsible, punctual, and able to multitask</li><li>Working Hours:</li><li>10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)</li><li>What We Offer:</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment</li><li>Learning and growth opportunities in garments and e-commerce</li><li>Performance-based salary growth</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their CV via WhatsApp:0331-6669701Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
