Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) Company: Brandsmashers Tech Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview Brandsmashers Tech is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales processes, reviewing contracts, and supporting cost and budget planning while working closely with internal teams. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.</li><li>Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.</li><li>Apply effective sales techniques to convert leads into clients.</li><li>Maintain and manage sales and client data efficiently.</li><li>Perform cost and budget analysis to support business decisions.</li><li>Monitor expenses and contribute to cost management initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.</li><li>Assist in team management and support collaborative working practices.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office tools.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven knowledge of lead generation and sales techniques.</li><li>Experience or understanding of contract review processes.</li><li>Strong skills in cost management and budget analysis.</li><li>Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to manage and analyze data accurately.</li><li>Good organizational and team management skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a results-focused mindset.</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core</li><li>Build and consume RESTful Web APIs</li><li>Use Entity Framework and LINQ for data access</li><li>Write optimized SQL Server queries</li><li>Implement business logic and integrate frontend with backend</li><li>Handle exception management, logging, and performance tuning</li><li>Participate in code reviews and follow best practices</li><li>Collaborate with QA, frontend, and product teams</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core</li><li>Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web API</li><li>Hands-on experience with Entity Framework</li><li>Good understanding of LINQ</li><li>Solid experience with SQL Server</li><li>Knowledge of OOP and design principles</li><li>Understanding of async/await</li><li>Familiarity with Git or version control</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with JWT, Authentication &amp; Authorization</li><li>Basic exposure to Azure or AWS</li><li>Understanding of Microservices architecture</li><li>Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript</li><li>Experience working with US/International clients</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Good problem-solving and analytical ability</li><li>Ability to work independently and in teams</li><li>Strong ownership and accountability</li></ul>Notice Period<ul><li>Immediate to 30 days preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
