Role: GenAI Senior Motion Designer

Location: Remote working until further notice

A little bit about the role:

Awareness and adoption of GenAI technology has transformed advertising, creating entirely new opportunities, and challenges for creative teams. We're looking for a GenAI Motion Designer to deliver a wide range of different marketing material, from social assets such as GIFs or Instagram posts, to cutdowns of TVCs, 2D animation, graphics that include motion such as supers or icons, and various graphic elements, based on the provided assets. You will be trained on our AI platform, Pencil, and will be using Pencil along with a range of other AI tools to ensure you deliver high-performing, innovative ads.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics and editing, inclusive of grading and sound design. Experience in 2D animation workflows, from concept development and storyboarding through to final execution is essential. A good knowledge or history of work in Social Media as well as AI is desirable.

Ultimately, as the GenAI Motion Designer, you will create and edit video content, ensure high-quality production, and collaborate with the creative team to meet project goals, through the use of AI as well as traditional tools.

What you'll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Working closely with GenAI Art Directors/Creators/PM's to bring projects and work from concept to final delivery.</li>
<li>Create and adapt high-quality content leveraging AI and traditional tools.</li>
<li>Produce visual assets that align with client's creative standards and effectively scale creative production across brands and channels.</li>
<li>Expand the creative output of the team. Confidence in ideation along with the ability to create bespoke high-end animation and video edits is essential.</li>
<li>Take projects from brief to completion, injecting new ideas and creativity - all in close adherence to the client's brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Strong skills in mastering, editing, remastering and adjusting master assets for various crops and formats are required.</li>
<li>The ability to own your creative projects, craft assets that meet briefs and design standards and inspire client with your creative input.</li>
<li>Pitch fresh approaches and concepts confidently.</li>
<li>Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications.</li>

You are expected to maintain an active AI proficiency and keep up to date by:

What you'll need:
<ul>
<li>Experience as a motion designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative group, or related design studio.</li>
<li>Proven portfolio of motion design work, representing both traditional and AI-assisted projects. AI can be personal projects or Client related work.</li>
<li>A strong willingness to adapt current workflow to include GenAI.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).</li>
<li>Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo3 etc. (Training on our specific platform, Pencil, will be provided.)</li>
<li>Comfortable with fundamental GenAI techniques like model selection, creative prompting, and collaborative AI-driven ideation.</li>
<li>A critical eye for detail - able to analyse GenAI-generated outputs, quickly spot subtle errors or inconsistencies, and correct them via prompt refinement or additional editing tools to achieve polished results.</li>
<li>Strong judgment in evaluating briefs and strategically identifying where and how GenAI can be integrated into the creative workflow for maximum efficiency and impact.</li>
<li>Any hands-on experience delivering real-world creative using GenAI (desirable).</li>
<li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal), and a collaborative attitude.</li>
<li>Optimism about the evolving role of GenAI in creativity, with adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset.</li>

About the role:

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director (Lead) with deep, hands-on CGI expertise and proficiency in AI technologies to lead our world-class CGI/3D team in delivering visually stunning, high-impact creative work for global brands. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of art, design, storytelling, and cutting-edge technology - equally confident setting a bold creative vision, leveraging Ai-driven innovation and providing precise hands-on direction.

You will drive creative excellence across large-scale CGI productions, oversee the growth and development of the global team, and ensure our output pushes the boundaries of what's possible. Those with experience leading global campaigns and digital content for renowned brands across FMCG, Luxury, Premium Global Brands, and Technology sectors will have a distinct advantage.

This is a dynamic role requiring adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll be Doing:

What you'll need:

<li>Extensive Expertise in CGI: Proven experience in Data prep, lighting, compositing, texturing, and animation for both stills and animation.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Cinema4D + Octane and 3DsMax + Vray. Experience with other tools like Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender, or Redshift is a bonus.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage resources, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strategic Vision: Strong creative and technical vision, with the ability to set and communicate benchmarks for the team.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Client Management: Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to present, defend, and sell ideas effectively.</li>

</ul><ul><li>At least 10+ years of experience in CGI/3D, with at least 3-5 years of team management experience.</li></ul>
