Role: Content Manager (Salsify &amp; PIM)

Location: India (Remote working until further notice)

In today's fiercely competitive marketplace, achieving creative excellence across all eCommerce touchpoints is crucial. We are seeking a Content Manager renowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty &amp; Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand's presence and impact across Europe.

Our ideal candidate will excel in high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness throughout the creative process. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for Salsify maintenance and content delivery. This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionize content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.

What is required:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with beauty products is a MUST.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience using syndication tools to deliver product content to online retailers (particularly Salsify, and preferably Amazon Vendor Central) is a MUST.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Manage a high-volume, ensuring adherence to strict SLAs and quality benchmarks</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proven experience as a Content Manager, ideally within an ad agency setting, focusing on beauty brands.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for digital content.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.</li></ul>

<li>Oversee and manage multiple content projects for a leading beauty brand, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintaining compliance and consistency across all platforms.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborate with creative teams to develop content strategies that are competitive and innovative. Utilize content management software and tools to streamline the workflow and enhance productivity.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep content strategies fresh and competitive.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all content assets.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Analyse content performance and provide insights and recommendations for future projects.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensure all content is optimized for various digital platforms and in line with best practices for SEO and user engagement.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Agency/communication/production industry experience.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.</li>
