What You'll Do as a Behavioral Health Receptionist with us:<ul><li>
General clerical duties</li><li>
Check and prepared reminder calls or correspondences for clients</li><li>
Assure that the telephone is answered in a timely manner and all messgaes are relayed to the appropriate department or person</li><li>
File all and retrieves all documentation needed to stay in compliance with DE state and federal regulations. Obtain necessary client information to meet current federal guidelines and insurance use guidelines for electronic medical records.</li><li>
Obtain client demographic information and verify insurance information at each visit</li><li>
Scan pertinent client information into the EMR system including client authorizations, recent labs that were delivered, etc.</li><li>
Collect co-payments including cash, checks, and credit cards.</li><li>
Enter visit charges into the EMR system per doctor&rsquo;s coding on scheduler</li><li>
Schedule follow-up appointments and input recall notices</li><li>
Ensure the patient has the necessary paperwork and insurance documentation for their intake</li><li>
Identify and resolve minor client billing complaints</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness of the waiting area and assure the site brochures and other marketing materials are visible to clients</li><li>
Type correspondence and reports for staff</li><li>
Request medical charts from hospitals and other medical centers</li><li>
Maintain monthly list of admissions and discharges</li><li>
Obtain information sheet on new clients and prepare charts including initiating new charts or retrieving existing charts</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
Must have the ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.</li><li>
Excellent computer skills</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with people of a variety of backgrounds.</li><li>
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications:<ul><li>
REQUIRED: High School Graduate or Equivalent</li><li>
PREFERRED: Associate degree</li><li>
REQUIRED: 1 year in office environment, 3 years related experience, some knowledge of treatment for substance use disorder/Mental Health Disorder.</li><li>
PREFERRED: Bilingual with fluency in reading/writing in Spanish</li></ul>
Schedule:<ul><li>
Monday - Thursday</li><li>
3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.</li></ul>
Pay:<ul><li>
Starting at $17/hour.</li><li>

What you'll do as a Case Manager for Hep C:<ul><li>
Facilitate referral to care and system navigation for SUD, HCV, HIM, SMI, and social services to address Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)</li><li>
Design, develop, implement, and supervise case management, after care, and follow-up policies and procedures for the program</li><li>
Provide specialized case management and aftercare services to clients and conduct follow-ups as scheduled</li><li>
May supervise clients in the community, carry a caseload of active clients, conduct group and individual counseling sessions, assist clients in achieving adjustments to specific problems or situations of a difficult or complex nature</li><li>
Monitor emotional/psychological status of clients and arrange referrals to ancillary services.</li><li>
Conduct workshops and seminars for clients and the community and maintain relations with referral sources and Hep C, health, addiction, social, educational, recreational, and vocational organizations for in-treatment and aftercare planning</li><li>
Write reports, maintain necessary records, and assist other staff in discharge and aftercare planning.</li><li>
Develop and implement procedures to complete clinical records and correspondence while maintaining compliance with confidentiality procedures and applicable state/federal regulations.</li><li>
Occasional driving to conduct therapeutic community sessions.</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed in This Role:<ul><li>
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with community agencies, organizations, and the public</li><li>
Knowledge of Hepatitis C and intervention/treatment strategies.</li><li>
Ability to speak and write effectively.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum Educational Requirement: Associate's Degree with 2 Years of Case Management Experience</li><li>
PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a Related Field</li><li>
REQUIRED: 1 Year of Related Experience</li><li>
REQUIRED: Valid Driver&rsquo;s License w/ 2 Points or Less</li></ul>
Pay:<ul><li>
Starting at $19.50/hour</li><li>
Commensuration based on experience, education, and certification!</li></ul>
Schedule:<ul><li>
Monday &ndash; Friday</li><li>
From 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.</li></ul>
