Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Operation Theatre Technology</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in Eye OT preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Freshers with relevant training may also apply</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist ophthalmic surgeons during surgeries (Cataract, LASIK, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and maintain Eye OT as per protocols</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure sterilization of instruments and OT equipment</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control standards</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in patient positioning and transfer</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain OT records and documentation</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of Eye OT instruments and procedures</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with NABH standards (preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in shifts and emergency situations</li></ul><ul><li>Team-oriented with good communication skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
