This position is responsible for overseeing the BNW Driver&rsquo;s program to include coordinating drivers to deliver completed emergency response vehicles and applicable travel arrangements for driver and external customers. This position also leads a team of two that support the Sales Department.This position:<ul><li>Oversees the BNW Driver&rsquo;s program - includes coordination of emergency vehicle deliveries either through utilizing our BNW drivers, transportation company, or via barge; pushes drivers&rsquo; expenses to finance for processing; and ensures drivers are DOT compliant.</li><li>Direct supervision of staff with overall management responsibility drivers. Two years&rsquo; working as a travel agent or administrative assistant may be considered as a substitute for AA Degree.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business or other closely related field (desired).</li></ul>Position Requirements:Strong organizational skills, planning and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels. Continual formal and informal education required as dictated by growth in business needs. Understanding of company&rsquo;s manufacturing functions as well as sales and sales support functions.
