Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human capital management principles to foster a positive workplace environment.Duties<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li><li>Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.</li><li>Support performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and feedback processes.</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits administration.</li><li>Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Collaborate on change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance on conflict management and resolution strategies.</li><li>Participate in strategic planning efforts related to workforce management and organization design.</li><li>Assist in training and development programs to promote employee growth and succession planning.</li><li>Conduct data collection for HR metrics and reporting purposes.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment &amp; labor law, affirmative action planning, and workers' compensation regulations.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.</li><li>Experience with project management principles and tools for effective execution of HR initiatives.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proficiency in data entry, social media management for recruitment purposes, and administrative tasks.</li><li>Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, performance management systems, and employee evaluation processes.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
