We are looking for a <b>Senior ServiceNow Developer</b> that will lead the development effort within their workstream, recommending technical designs and developing solutions for the more complex user stories. Also assigns user stories to mid-level developers and system administrators, providing guidance as needed to ensure a quality output.</p><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including core platform and one or more advanced modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, GRC).</li><li>
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.</li><li>
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required.</li><li>
At least 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is required.</li><li>
Proficient in scripting and development such as JavaScript.</li><li>
Experience with Integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and third-party systems.</li><li>
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and practical implementation within ServiceNow.</li><li>
Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize complex workflows, business rules, and UI policies.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in configuring Service Portal.</li><li>
Ability to lead design discussions, translate requirements into technical specifications, and mentor junior developers.</li><li>
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and tools.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills &mdash; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Proactive in design discussions with the client.</li><li>
Experience in writing technical documents.</li></ul><p>

US Citizen</b></li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>
5+ years of experience</li><li>
ITIL Certification</li><li>
Exposure to architectural frameworks</li><li>
Knowledge of Section 508 compliance</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p>
