If you thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication abilities, this opportunity is perfect for you to make a significant impact in the logistics industry.Duties<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule freight pickups and deliveries using transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine</li><li>Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette</li><li>Utilize GPS and GIS tools to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and provide real-time updates to stakeholders</li><li>Manage shipping &amp; receiving documentation accurately through data entry and system updates in AS400 and other logistics platforms</li><li>Oversee fleet management activities, including dispatching trucks for timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining compliance with safety standards</li><li>Collaborate with warehouse teams on shipping schedules, freight loading/unloading, and 3PL (third-party logistics) coordination</li><li>Analyze transportation data to identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and support transportation planning initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>No experience needed</li><li>Students are encouraged to apply</li></ul>Join us as a Dispatcher and become an essential part of our supply chain success!
