Bravo Tile and Stone is currently seeking an Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Excellent rapid typing skills and solid knowledge of Quickbooks program required. We use Quickbooks heavily. The ideal candidate will be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, basic bookkeeping, entering sales orders, invoices, bills and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic with great communication skills are a must.Office Clerk Duties and ResponsibilitiesAbility to organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated and are easily accessibleEnter invoices, sales orders, bills, and communicate with warehouse on orders.Friendly and knowledgeable when answering the phone, taking messages. or redirecting calls to appropriate officesSkilled in the use of office equipment such as photocopier, printers, etcExcellent computer skills for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etcOffice Clerk Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma required, relevant degree or certification is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English required.Successful work experience as an office clerk or in another clerical positionSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office and QUICKBOOKS!Outstanding communication skillsGreat organizational and multitasking abilitiesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $24-25/hour DEPENDING ON YOUR EXPERIENCE!Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
