High-energy role for someone who lives the fitness lifestyle.We&rsquo;re hiring ASAP.If you&rsquo;re fit, disciplined, and great with people, this is for you.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Greet members + create a strong first impression</li><li>Check-ins, bookings, and daily front desk flow</li><li>Sell memberships + packages (this matters)</li><li>Handle calls/texts/DMs and convert leads into members</li><li>Keep the space sharp, clean, and on-brand</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>You train consistently and take care of your body</li><li>You look the part &mdash; fit, healthy, presentable</li><li>Confident, social, and know how to talk to people</li><li>Reliable, on time, and moves with urgency</li><li>Comfortable with sales (or willing to learn fast)</li></ul>Big Plus:<ul><li>Gym, boxing, or fitness background</li><li>Sales or customer service experience</li><li>Social media savvy</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Base pay + commission on sales</li><li>Growth opportunity inside a fast-growing gym</li></ul>Work Hours:<ul><li>The gym is open 24/7, but this position will cover shifts between 6:30 AM &ndash; 10:00 PM</li><li>Weekend availability required from 8 AM- 5 PM</li><li>Flexible scheduling available within those hours</li></ul>Apply if you actually live this lifestyle.Send your resume + a quick intro about your fitness routine and experience.We don&rsquo;t just need a receptionist &mdash; we need someone who represents Brawlerz Box the moment people walk in.Pay: $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
