We&rsquo;re redefining customization and culture in fashion, blending creativity with cutting-edge e-commerce.We are seeking a dynamic, female leader who can be the face of our brand, driving both marketing strategy and product development while building a strong digital presence.&#11835;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Brand Leadership</li></ul><ul><li>Represent BREACHIT as the face of the brand across campaigns, social media, exhibitions, and pop-ups.</li></ul><ul><li>Marketing &amp; Growth</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee Meta Ads, SEO, and website structure for growth and conversions.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage social media platforms with engaging, consistent, and trend-driven content.</li></ul><ul><li>Build strong organic traffic across all digital channels.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive influencer marketing collaborations to scale brand presence.</li></ul><ul><li>Content &amp; Creative</li></ul><ul><li>Lead product shoots and content creation that aligns with BREACHIT&rsquo;s identity.</li></ul><ul><li>Product Development</li></ul><ul><li>Research and develop new products aligned with market trends.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate product launches and ensure innovative offerings.</li></ul><ul><li>Events &amp; Activations</li></ul><ul><li>Lead brand exhibitions and pop-up events, representing BREACHIT to customers and partners.</li></ul>&#11835;Requirements<ul><li>Female candidate, confident in being a public face of the brand.</li></ul><ul><li>Hybrid working model (remote + on-ground for shoots, events, and exhibitions).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience in product development and trend research.</li></ul><ul><li>Proactive, creative, and up-to-date with global &amp; local fashion/marketing trends.</li></ul>&#11835;Compensation<ul><li>Base Salary: PKR 60,000 - 80,000</li></ul><ul><li>10% Profit Share after 3 months of proven successful performance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
