As we expand our remote team, we're seeking a motivated Immigration Case Worker who is not only detail-oriented and client-focused but also capable of leading and supporting a small team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and submit a variety of immigration applications (study permits, work permits, visitor visas, PR, sponsorships)</li><li>Manage communications with clients to collect documents, clarify details, and provide updates</li><li>Review case files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IRCC requirements</li><li>Draft forms, support letters, and organize application packages</li><li>Use our case management system to track file status, deadlines, and progress</li><li>Lead and support a small team of junior staff or assistants as needed</li><li>Provide training, guidance, and oversight on routine tasks</li><li>Ensure high standards of client service and workflow efficiency across the team</li><li>Keep updated on changes to Canadian immigration laws and procedures</li><li>Lead a team of 3 caseworkers and quality check their work.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in immigration case processing or support (RCIC or legal office experience preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and application processes</li><li>Proven ability to lead, delegate, and collaborate within a small team</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Must have a personal laptop and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and immigration software</li><li>Post-secondary diploma or degree in immigration, legal studies, or a related field preferred</li><li>RCIC or paralegal certification is an asset, not mandatory</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Fully remote work with flexible hours</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement and team leadership</li><li>Supportive work culture with ongoing learning and collaboration</li></ul>To Apply: Please email your resume and a short cover letter to arshdeep@breakwayimmigration.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have your own laptop and reliable internet connection?</li><li>Are you available to work in the evening? 6:30 pm IST to 3 am IST?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have filling immigration applications?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
