 , you&rsquo;ll play a hands‑on role in producing the high‑precision polyurethane timing belts that keep our customers&rsquo; operations running smoothly. You'll follow clear procedures and quality standards to ensure every product leaving your workstation meets our high expectations.
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll review job specifications, help maintain an organized and efficient workspace, and quickly flag any issues with materials, equipment, or product quality. You&rsquo;ll also be a key contributor to our continuous improvement efforts&mdash;bringing fresh ideas and supporting initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and safety across the manufacturing team.

 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 As a Manufacturing Operator, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks across various production areas, including:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stamping &amp; Welding- Punch press setup, belt welding, hole punching, and belt slitting
 </li>
 <li>
 Covers- Applying cover materials, adhesive bonding, grinding, and machining
 </li>
 <li>
 Profiling- Injection molding, profile modification, welding, and BFX slitting
 </li>
 <li>
 Extrusion- Operating extrusion equipment for BFX and M belts
 </li>
 <li>
 CNC Machining- CNC and waterjet machining, ATN hole punching
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 You&rsquo;ll follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement efforts in productivity, safety, and organization.
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understanding and following verbal and written directions
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail; high demand on the quality of your own work
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform repetitive tasks with constant quality and productivity
 </li>
 <li>
 Using calibers and basic measurement tolerances to products
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to read and write simple instructions and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable performing shop-level calculations as needed for measurements and production tasks

 Physical Enviroment
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be able to lift 49lbs. to waist height
 </li>
 <li>
 Standing all day (90% of shift) with ability to move about the manufacturing area
 </li>

 Manufacturing Environment, inclusive of varying tempatures
