Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Take full ownership and control of all daily field operations for the construction project.</li><li>
Act as the primary on-site leader, constructing quality buildings on time and on budget.</li><li>
Oversee all construction issues directly, regardless of specific trade certifications.</li><li>
Directly manage, evaluate, and stay engaged with all on-site personnel.</li><li>
Schedule, coordinate, and push the project team and all subcontractors to meet project goals.</li><li>
Build and maintain a cohesive, capable, and respectful on-site team across diverse disciplines.</li><li>
Run and maintain the project schedule, ensuring timely progression.</li><li>
Successfully coordinate schedules, workforce, equipment, and material resources.</li><li>
Manage, schedule, and communicate with local, state, and third-party inspection agencies.</li><li>
Ensure strict compliance with all building codes, project specifications, and permit conditions.</li><li>
Maintain and interpret construction drawings and specifications for the on-site team.</li><li>
Enforce high-quality standards and maintain a safe working environment (OSHA standards).</li><li>
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety, and progress.</li><li>
Effectively communicate the ownership team&rsquo;s goals and priorities to all field personnel.</li><li>
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all project stakeholders (owners, architects, etc.).</li><li>
Proactively manage and resolve conflicts that arise between owner requirements and the on-site team.</li><li>
Utilize project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) for tracking.</li><li>
Use timekeeping and job-cost tracking systems.</li><li>
Respond promptly to all email and voicemail correspondence.</li><li>
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation.</li><li>
Uphold company culture, core standards, and policies on the job site.</li><li>
Promote a positive environment in line with the company motto, &quot;Sharing Smiles.&quot;</li><li>
Be the &quot;End of the Line&quot; for resolving on-site situations without passing them along whenever possible.</li><li>
Follow up on any situation until it is fully resolved to the client's satisfaction.</li><li>
Attend and participate in required company training sessions and meetings.</li></ul> 
Requirements:
<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.</li><li>
At least 2 years in a hands-on, supervisory, or leadership role on a construction site.</li><li>
Proven history of working on a variety of commercial and/or residential construction projects from start to finish.</li><li>
Solid ability to read, maintain, and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.</li><li>
Valid U.S. Driver&rsquo;s License with an acceptable driving record.</li><li>
OSHA Certification (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour).</li><li>
Strong ability to coordinate schedules, subcontractors, equipment, and resources.</li><li>
Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.</li><li>
Must be able to perform the physical demands of an active construction site, including standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 45 lbs, and working in various outdoor weather conditions on uneven terrain.</li><li>
Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and interpreting in English.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Or completion of a relevant Trade School program or equivalent technical training.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with project management software such as Procore, BuilderTrend, or Microsoft Project.</li><li>
Strong applied mathematical skills, including geometry, trigonometry, and financial math for budgeting and cost estimation.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in pre-construction planning or project estimating.</li><li>
Advanced conflict resolution and client relations skills.</li><li>
LEED GA or other sustainability-related certifications.</li><li>
Experience in a specific project type highly relevant to the company&rsquo;s core portfolio (e.g., multi-family hospitality, high-end residential, etc.).</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Clean and disinfect assigned units by 3:30 PM daily deadline</li><li>
Strip and remake beds with fresh linens</li><li>
Sanitize all surfaces (counters, sinks, toilets, furniture)</li><li>
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors</li><li>
Restock amenities and supplies</li><li>
Maintain fully stocked and organized cleaning carts</li><li>
Properly label and handle cleaning chemicals per OSHA standards</li><li>
Complete checklists and report maintenance issues</li><li>
Perform seasonal deep cleaning projects</li><li>
Communicate effectively via approved channels</li><li>
Assist colleagues to complete daily workload</li><li>
Attend required trainings and meetings</li><li>
Uphold uniform and appearance standards</li><li>
Support sustainability initiatives (recycling/composting)</li><li>
Provide coverage at other properties as needed</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>
Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours daily</li><li>
Capable of lifting 25 lbs. regularly (50 lbs. occasionally)</li><li>
Comfort with repetitive motions (bending, reaching, kneeling)</li><li>
Basic computer proficiency for timekeeping</li><li>
Willingness to work with cleaning chemicals</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
1-3 months housekeeping experience (resort/hospitality preferred)</li><li>
Knowledge of proper chemical handling procedures</li><li>
Experience pushing/pulling housekeeping carts (up to 200 lbs.)</li><li>
Bilingual communication skills</li><li>
OSHA safety certification</li></ul>
