In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the go-to resource for our customers, supporting them every step of the way &mdash; from inquiries and quotes to order management and returns. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our sales team ensuring our customers receive fast, accurate, and solutions-focused support. Scheduled Hours 8:30am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Manage customer inquiries via phone, email and chat inquiries.</li>
<li>Support outside sales teams with account management and Western territory coordination.</li>
<li>Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.</li>
<li>Respond to customer needs, including technical product support, quotes, order updates, and complaint resolution.</li>
<li>Manage CRM records, issue RGA/RMAs, and handle returns precisely.</li>
<li>Collaborate with vendors, purchasing teams, and internal departments to meet customer requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards in daily activities.</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.</li>
<li>Experience:
<ul><li>Minimum 3 years in a customer service or account support role.</li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.</li>
<li>Skilled in CRM tools, ERP systems (SAGE), and pricing programs.</li>
<li>Proven ability to support customers and sales teams effectively.</li>
<li>Experience with inventory and purchasing systems required.</li>
<li>Experience with communication customer product needs and application.</li>
</ul></li><li>Skills:
<ul><li>Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) preferred</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>
</li></ul>Work Environment:
<ul>
<li>Office setting Scheduled hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).</li>
<li>Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable handling a high volume of customer communication in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Frequent use of phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and other digital communication platforms.</li>

Compensatiopn and Benefits:

Customer Account Coordinator

Scheduled Hours 10:00am - 6:30pm

At BRECOflex CO., L.L.C., we&rsquo;re strengthening support for our growing West Coast customer base. We&rsquo;re looking for a bilingual Customer Account Coordinator who will thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and driving results. In this high-impact role, you&rsquo;ll serve as a key partner to our Western territory sales team, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and solutions-focused support every step of the way. 


What You'll Do:
