The Breeze Marketing Team is in search of a Website Content &amp; SEO Specialist to help broaden our reach as we expand to more cities across the U.S. and beyond.
 
 
 Here's what you'll do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and maintain effective SEO and content strategies to grow brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to flybreeze.com.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct ongoing website audits to identify opportunities in metadata, internal linking, technical SEO, and content optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, edit, and publish high-quality website pages that reflect Breeze&rsquo;s voice, tone, and visual identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with design, brand, and marketing teams to launch new landing pages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update site content to ensure accuracy, freshness, and alignment with marketing initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct basic keyword research and integrate target terms naturally into web copy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize for emerging AI search models to future-proof organic visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze performance data to report on SEO health, traffic trends, content engagement, and revenue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Product, and Guest Empowerment to champion SEO best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support web updates for promotions and marketing campaigns, maintaining publishing workflows and content calendars.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence

 </ul>
 Here's what you'll need to be successful
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and website management, preferably in travel or e-commerce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience as both an SEO strategist and content creator.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, from keyword strategy to technical optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AI-driven search evolution and enthusiasm for exploring their marketing implications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to match Breeze&rsquo;s friendly, conversational tone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
