Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of:</li><li>Centralized Chillers (Air-Cooled &amp; Water-Cooled)</li><li>Air Handling Units (AHU)</li><li>DX Units, Split ACs, Cassette ACs, Ductable ACs</li><li>VRV/VRF Systems</li><li>Air Washers and Ventilation Systems</li><li>Vapor Absorption Machines (if applicable)</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in compressors, fans, motors, sensors, refrigerant systems, and control panels.</li><li>Monitor and log critical parameters (pressures, temperatures, voltages, etc.) and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Replace or top-up refrigerant, oil, and filters as per OEM guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate and supervise junior technicians/helpers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.</li><li>Respond promptly to client/emergency calls and ensure swift resolution of HVAC faults.</li><li>Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and checklists.</li><li>Assist in shutdown/ start up procedures, overhauling, and project installations.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years in HVAC maintenance</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Deep technical knowledge of HVAC equipment operation and servicing</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and repair skills</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control logic</li><li>Familiarity with BMS/automation systems</li><li>Leadership and mentoring of junior staff</li><li>Good verbal/written communication and documentation</li><li>Knowledge of PPE, HSE standards, and permit-to-work systems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
