Backed by a robust product development team based in China, we deliver reliable, cutting-edge hardware with seamless user experience to support our brand&rsquo;s rapid growth.Role OverviewThis is a groundfloor 0-to-1 brand-building opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader ready to own and scale an iconic DTC brand from day one. As our Head of Brand, you will define the brand&rsquo;s core identity, narrative, creative direction, and consumer experience &mdash; with full autonomy, direct CEO partnership, and meaningful equity upside. This role requires full-time on-site presence in Irvine, as we are building a lean, high-commitment, hands-on team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and own the complete DTC brand foundation including positioning, mission, visual identity, tone of voice, and go-to-market strategy</li><li>Craft compelling, emotionally resonant brand storytelling that authentically connects with our core audience of modern women in the U.S.</li><li>Build and manage a sustainable micro-creator ecosystem end-to-end: sourcing, partnership development, negotiation, campaign execution, and relationship building</li><li>Lead creative direction and visual decision-making: brief photographers, designers, and partners to ensure consistent, premium brand aesthetics</li><li>Develop and execute organic, community-focused marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to align brand, product, and consumer experience</li><li>Drive end-to-end execution with a hands-on approach, including copy development, content direction, and campaign delivery</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience building a DTC brand from 0 to 1 in an early-stage, pre-Series A or pre-launch environment</li><li>Deep, intuitive understanding of U.S. women aged 25&ndash;45, their consumer behaviors, lifestyle preferences, content consumption, and cultural trends</li><li>Direct, hands-on experience developing and managing micro-creator partnerships (not solely agency-led)</li><li>Strong ability to define and deliver brand voice, storytelling, and copy direction</li><li>Exceptional aesthetic judgment with the ability to direct visual identity, creative assets, and brand expression</li><li>Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment with strong execution and self-direction</li><li>Full-time on-site work commitment in Irvine, CA</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in women&rsquo;s wellness, health tech, jewelry, fashion, or premium lifestyle DTC brands</li><li>A strong personal sense of content and social media intuition</li><li>Existing creator or influencer network in Los Angeles Metropolitan Area</li><li>Track record of building a brand from obscurity to strong market recognition</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Groundfloor 0-to-1 brand-building opportunity to define a category-creating consumer brand</li><li>Founder-level equity with superior long-term upside: Early-stage dilution terms and equity value potential unavailable to later hires</li><li>Full autonomy + direct partnership with the CEO</li><li>Competitive compensation + meaningful RSU equity package for long-term alignment</li><li>Strong product support: backed by a dedicated, experienced R&amp;D team in China to ensure reliable product execution</li><li>Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and growth-focused culture</li></ul>Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Happy hour</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Irvine, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
