 Purchasing and sourcing commodities / chemicals and taking the ownership of product management in terms of effective stock management, stock turns, cost analysis and pricing strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategically buying the chemical raw material / products from a selected and negotiated supplier portfolio, make a single sourcing for customers&rsquo; requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Presenting deep knowledge for chemical raw material analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Setting a recommend product pricing range/band for account managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Making market and competition analyses concerning relevant products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring product development and activities with defined KPIs and thriving to improve in collaboration with sales.
 </li>

 Keeping required records of all data and maintaining trustworthy feedback for sales teams.

 Desired Qualifications

 Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering Or Chemistry, preferably from reputable universities.

 3-6 years of trackable experience in product purchasing &amp; sourcing in industries such as Polymers, Rubber, CASE, Construction chemicals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and excellent numeric reinterpretation skill set.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain long-lasting relations in with excellent communication and process management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage understanding of business, operating and financial environments and customer needs to deliver results.

We are looking for a dynamic and detailed-oriented Import-Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end transportation organization (Road, Sea, Air) for both packed and bulk chemical raw materials.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Transport Operations: Manage and organize international transport operations (Road, Sea, and Air) for packed and bulk shipments based on incoming requests, ensuring timely delivery and process efficiency.</li><li>
Road Transport Management: Monitor market conditions for road transport; manage tender processes to negotiate rates and service terms with carriers, particularly in high-volume regions, and organize annual freight agreements.</li><li>
Sea Freight Tracking: Continuously track global sea freight trends and rates, providing regular updates to Product Management and Procurement teams to support cost-effective decision-making.</li><li>
Cost Management &amp; SAP: Accurately input freight cost forecasts into SAP. Verify incoming freight invoices against agreed rates and coordinate with the Accounting department for processing.</li><li>
Claims &amp; Insurance: Manage the insurance claim process for damaged cargo from initial application to final resolution. Prepare and present monthly KPI reports regarding damages and claims.</li><li>
Optimization: Monitor international transport developments and actively seek alternative logistics solutions to minimize freight costs and improve efficiency.</li><li>
Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in International Transport operations (Road, Air, &amp; Sea).</li><li>
Solid knowledge of Import/Export regulations and general Logistics processes.</li><li>
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.</li><li>
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li></ul>
