 Brenntag Turkey is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team of Material Science Sales Department.

  Job Description

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Open and follow orders in SAP, prepare necessary documents for any sales operations when required by the parties in his/her team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work in coordination with other departments, especially logistics, procurement and accounting department.
  </li>
  <li>
   Take an active role to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
  </li>
  <li>
   Take an active role in solution process of customer complaints.
  </li>
  <li>
   Answer customer inquiries if needed, and sales related appointments and arrangements, and following up with customers about their order status.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create and process orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system in SAP.
  </li>
  <li>
   Report any unusual activity to his/her supervisor in regards of GPDR &amp; KVKK; and all relevant policies and procedures.

  </li>
 </ul>
 Relevant Qualifications:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related fields of operations, and related areas.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support and / or marketing support operations.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Good command of English.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Proficiency in MS Office programs.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Strong knowledge of SAP is an asset.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Completed military service (for male candidates).

Sales Support Specialist Material Science Turkey

Brenntag Saudi Arabia is looking for an hands-on Sales Manager for CASE &amp; Construction Department!</div><ul><li><ul><li>Develop a quality &amp; price-oriented strategy focused on CASE and construction specialty chemicals.</li><li>Assist in strategy creation and the implementation at the existing accounts and distributors through development of effective relationships at all levels via prospecting new business possibilities</li><li>Develop market know-how and strategies for adding new suppliers in assigned industry.</li><li>Be responsible for introduction of new products to include effective launch strategy, development of product literature (including technical data sheets), inventory support, product testing, strategic marketing strategies, contractor/specifier acceptance resulting in sales objective achievement.</li><li>Execute frequent customer visits, prepare, coordinate, negotiate, close proposals, respond to RFQs.</li><li>Develop market know-how and strategies for assigned industry.</li><li>Contribute to business and supplier product development projects.</li><li>Optimize margins by reviewing, guiding and optimizing pricing.</li><li>Ensure constant analysis of existing and new customer group and sales opportunities.</li><li>Ensure cooperation with suppliers in the development of new solutions for customers.</li><li>Drive development of high-potential C+D customers towards A+B customers.</li><li>Ensure communication of technical solutions to new or existing customers to create business development opportunities.</li></ul></li></ul><div></div><div>
Desired Qualifications</div><div></div><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, preferably from reputable universities.</li><li>Must be residing in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.</li><li>3-6 years of trackable experience in CASE and construction specialty chemicals sales and business development is a must.</li><li>Fluency in English is a must.</li><li>Ability to maintain long-lasting relations in with excellent communication and process management skills.</li><li>Leverage understanding of business, operating and financial environments and customer needs to deliver results.</li><li>Ability to deliver results during uncertainty, despite changes and ambiguity.</li><li>Pro-active self-starter, willing to accept responsibility for business tasks.</li></ul><div></div><div>
