The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and takes pride in delivering professional, code-compliant work. This position involves performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in industrial and commercial environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings</li><li>Inspect electrical components and systems to identify hazards or defects</li><li>Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices</li><li>Supervise and mentor apprentices and helpers on job sites</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and clients to ensure quality and efficiency</li><li>Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards</li><li>Complete work orders, time sheets, and documentation accurately</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Current Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License (required)</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of industrial electrical experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety practices</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, confined spaces)</li><li>Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Must relocate to local area within 90 days</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay: $28 &ndash; $38/hour (depending on experience and certifications)</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Company vehicle or allowance (based on role and responsibilities)</li><li>Continued training and advancement opportunities</li><li>Relocation allowance within 90 days</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday &ndash; Thursday, [7:00 AM &ndash; 5:30 PM]</li><li>Occasional overtime or weekend work based on project needs</li></ul>Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Electrical Journeyman License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
