</b></div><div>The Treasury Management Banker is responsible for sales of Treasury Management products and services that meets the needs of our customers. The Treasury Mgmt. Banker must understand their client&rsquo;s business needs and serve as a trusted advisor for the relationship. The primary focus of this position is growing relationships with current customers, servicing and retaining current customers and acquiring a portfolio of potential customers across many lines of business to drive maximum service and long-term retention.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Be the face of Brentwood Bank, providing internal and external customers with consistent and superior customer service, presenting a professional, friendly, and helpful appearance with every interaction.</li>
<li>Evaluate needs of prospective and current clients in an effective manner. Prepares written proposals to include required quotes and assessments of client needs.</li>
<li>Acquiring new customers through business development, networking, cold calling, and effective sales techniques.</li>
<li>Follows up customer sales as appropriate &ndash; responsible for cross selling all products and services of the bank to develop whole customer banking relationships.</li>
<li>Help customers drive their digital access and knowledge by educating them on web and mobile banking features</li>
<li>Understands and supports sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers. Maintain accurate and detailed logs of customer interactions, referral, communications, preferences, complaints, and other information in the COCC CRM.</li>
<li>Maintains familiarity with laws pertaining to the sale of financial institution products and services.</li>
<li>Promote internal communications with all Bank departments to ensure quality and consistency in the Bank service offering.</li>
<li>Represent and promote favorable image and uphold the Bank reputation through involvement in community activities.</li>
<li>Research trends and technical developments through related publications and training sessions to maintain current knowledge and specifically meet customer requests.</li>

<div></div><div><b>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Associates degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
<li>Five years of sales experience in a bank or financial institution</li>
<li>Demonstrated superior customer service, sales, and communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management/prioritization skills</li>
<li>Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance customer relationships</li>
<li>Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals</li>
<li>Ability to problem-solve and provide solutions to customer issues</li>
<li>Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively</li>

<div></div><div><b>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</b></div>
<ul><li>This role follows a hybrid work model, combining in‑office and remote work. Employees are required to be onsite for the first 30 days and must adhere to Bank policy regarding required onsite days thereafter.</li>
<li>Physical requirements include prolonged sitting and/or standing, frequent hand use, clear verbal communication, occasional bending and lifting up to 50 lbs., and the ability to see and read fine print.</li>

<li>Some evening or Saturday work may be required, along with periodic local travel between branches or for training purposes.</li>
<li>The position is based at Pittsburgh headquarters and requires residence within a commutable distance.</li>
