Sports Risk Analyst Who are we?We&rsquo;re a UK based technology and service company who provide support functions to our sister company BresBet.What would you do?In this role, you&rsquo;ll provide support to the UK Data team for overnight. The most important part of this job is to keep our customers happy. If they&rsquo;re happy, we&rsquo;re happy. Here&rsquo;s a bit more detail on what you&rsquo;ll do:&middot; Provide back-up support to our trading team and check to make sure markets are correctly priced.&middot; Monitor customer behaviours and patterns to assist UK team in customer profiling.&middot; Help our customers sort out any issues they have.&middot; Hand over to our UK Trading team when they start work each day, to inform of overnight trading activities.&middot; Work well with other teams such as technical support and compliance (the team who enforce the rules).&middot; Help make sure our customers enjoy using our services responsibly.Would we be a good match?To be our perfect match, you&rsquo;ll need to:&middot; Have a degree or master&rsquo;s qualification.&middot; Have some Sports Data knowledge.&middot; Capable of making quick, confident decisions under pressure.&middot; Work experience in iGaming industry is considered as a plus.&middot; Strong mathematical skills&middot; Be a good writer and communicator in English, writing in a way that feels clear, friendly and warm.&middot; Be good in a team.&middot; Know a bit about computers, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.&middot; Be keen to learn.&middot; Have a positive outlook.What can you expect from us?Hours of work and location: This is a full-time permanent role based in Gurugram, Haryana. We&rsquo;ll need you to work 8.5-hour shifts, 5 days a week between the hours of 10:00pm and 09:00am including weekends and state/national holidays on a rota basis.Salary: The salary for this role is up to &#8377;33,000 per month.Benefits: The real benefit of working with us as a start-up is you can make a difference, be in the action and be part of our close-knit team from day one.
