We seek a Sales Manager who shares our values and can lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Manager at Bretz RV &amp; Marine, you will play a crucial role in fostering a passion for the outdoors and the products we offer. Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Lead and inspire the sales team to excel, fostering a culture of passion for the outdoors and delivering exceptional customer experiences.</li><li>
Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive team performance and meet sales targets.</li><li>
Guide and support salespeople in closing deals, ensuring the correct sales process is followed, and customers receive personalized attention.</li><li>
Foster strong customer relationships and monitor interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>
Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure all tasks are completed and updated within the CRM system.</li><li>
Conduct comprehensive sales training sessions, empowering the team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.</li><li>
Think outside the box to create innovative solutions and make every deal possible.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Previous experience as a people manager, preferably in a retail environment. Experience in the RV, Automotive, Implement, Heavy Equipment, or similar industries is a plus.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of leading and motivating teams consisting of 10-20 people.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm, patient, and professional in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Proficiency in computer skills and working knowledge of CRM software.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and sales team members.</li><li>
Familiarity with finance operations and sales processes.</li></ul>

About Our Dealership
 Bretz RV &amp; Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. Searching for a new camping trailer turned into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.
Today Bretz RV &amp; Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.

Sales Manager

<div>Are you passionate about the outdoors? Are you the best service writer in your area? If so, we want you as our RV Service Writer. We need an outstanding communicator with a professional appearance and a strong work ethic, someone who is equally comfortable greeting customers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between customers and service techs. Successful candidates will also have excellent follow-through skills and a keen eye for detail. 
 
The employer has identified this position as a safety-sensitive position and requires pre-employment drug screening, including for non-psychoactive THC.
Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Attitude is everything&mdash;greet service department customers promptly and courteously</li><li>
Listen to each customer and articulate repair needs to techs</li><li>
Upsell recommended/additional services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods</li><li>
Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs</li><li>
Adherence to dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operation</li><li>
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of the progress</li><li>
Sell and manage extended warranties</li><li>
Inspect repair quality and ensure that all work is complete</li><li>
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup</li><li>
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers</li><li>
Handle minor customer concerns and complaints</li><li>
Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems</li><li>

RV Service Advisor

<div>$55,000 to $65,000 ANNUALLY
Our busy dealership is in need of a shop dispatcher. The ideal candidate for this position would be high energy, fast-paced, organized, and be able to work under pressure. This is a very rewarding position for the right person, that person should come from a mechanical background, be professional, responsible, and have an excellent work ethic. Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage work orders and distribute them to RV technicians</li><li>
Communicate with Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and Service Writers to keep them informed at all times of available shop capacity.</li><li>
Review all repair orders, determine the time required to perform work, and when work is to be started so that it is finished promptly.</li><li>
Communicate with lot porters to have RV&rsquo;s moved in and out of the shop safely and efficiently, assist with moving when needed</li><li>
Perform quality control checks</li><li>
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation</li><li>
Attend company and factory training</li><li>
Keep current with factory technical bulletins</li><li>
Answer service phone calls and follow up when needed</li></ul>
Education and/or Experience<ul><li>
High school diploma and/or graduate of an applicable trade school in a mechanical or construction field.</li><li>
6 months related experience as a shop dispatcher and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Must have proven leadership skills and abilities</li><li>
Strong computer, typing and communication skills are a must.</li><li>
RV Technician Certification school is provided when you join our team, most of which is provided on-site, however, some travel may be required.</li></ul>
