About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and ambitious Public Relations Intern to join our team for Spring 2026. This paid, part-time internship offers college seniors/juniors invaluable hands-on experience in an agency environment while working flexibly around your class schedule.
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Research Support - Conduct comprehensive media research, develop targeted media lists, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic insights that inform our communication strategies.</li><li>
Project Coordination Support &ndash; Assist team members with event logistics, vendor management, and campaign coordination. You'll develop essential project management skills while ensuring seamless execution of client initiatives.</li><li>
Media Relations Contributor - Learn the art of media outreach by drafting press materials, supporting media pitching efforts, and helping secure valuable coverage for client announcements, events, and thought leadership initiatives.</li><li>
Digital Content Creator &ndash; Social media support and content development for both agency and client accounts.</li><li>
Agency Operations Assist - Experience the full spectrum of agency life by supporting various departments and projects. This exposure will give you comprehensive insight into how a successful communications agency operates.</li></ul>
What We're Looking For<ul><li>
Current college seniors/juniors. We also welcome applications from post-grad candidates.</li><li>
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Highly organized with excellent time management skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
Strong research and analytical capabilities</li><li>
Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information</li><li>
Positive attitude and collaborative work style.</li><li>
Ability to work on-site at our Center City Philadelphia office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Rising Seniors, Juniors, recent post-grads</li><li>
Ability to be on-site at our Center City office for at least two days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) weekly</li><li>
Mastery over Microsoft Office &ndash; particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Experience and foundational knowledge n communications related coursework/internships</li><li>
Strong attention to detail</li><li>
Organized, able to juggle multiple projects.</li><li>
Handle information with professionalism and utmost confidentiality.</li></ul>
