 We are seeking a strategic and hands-on
 
 Head of Marketing
 
 to lead our brand, digital, and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong execution capabilities, who can drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across all channels.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead brand campaigns, storytelling, partnerships, and PR initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure offline channel performance and impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and manage external agencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Track KPIs and marketing ROI across all channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Own brand strategy, identity, positioning, and tonality
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive performance marketing across paid and organic channels (Google, Meta, SEO, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee digital media planning, execution, and ROI optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage CRM, email marketing, automation, and analytics tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute on-ground activations, events, retail promotions, and ATL campaigns (OOH, print, radio, etc.)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8+ years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to brand, digital, and offline strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in building impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and creative balance
 </li>
 <li>
 MBA or equivalent degree preferred
 </li>
