 Order Specialist
 
 to support end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and improve operational workflows for product launches and order fulfillment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve speed, cost, and manufacturing capacity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze data to ensure on-time shipment and consumer deliveries; resolve issues impacting performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as liaison between business, technology, and manufacturing partners to support operational excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop data-driven impact assessments and present insights to leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and implement best practices to optimize order fulfillment processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field
 
 (highly preferred).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 2+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, business operations, or related field.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management and purchasing experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 SAP
 
 ,
 
 Excel
 
 , and
 
 Tableau
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cultures and functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 retail, apparel, footwear, or automotive industry.
 
 </li>
