Job Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to enhance content visibility and engagement.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities through social listening.</li><li>Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools or Canva and Capcit.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to track engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.</li><li>Foster relationships with influencers and other brands for potential collaborations.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.</li><li>Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.</li><li>Experience in content creation, branding, and relationship management.</li><li>Familiarity with web analytics tools for tracking performance metrics.</li><li>Ability to conduct keyword research for effective SEO strategies.</li><li>Experience in video editing for creating engaging multimedia content.</li><li>Strong photography skills for capturing high-quality images for social media use.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
