Primary Responsibility:
The Analyst is expected to handle the end-to-end rating process involving the following:
<ul><li>Credit analysis of financial instruments of small and medium companies</li>
<li>Financial analysis and ability to make financial projections of the financial instruments.</li>
<li>Analytical rigor in credit rating proposals</li>
<li>Maintain excellent quality in the analysis and be up to date on the market/industry information and suitable and need-based rating actions.</li>
<li>To take ownership of the folio by carrying out regular surveillance, monitoring, reviews every quarter / material event basis, tracking the performance of the companies concerning macroeconomic changes, and handling internal and external audit queries.</li>
<li>Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, regulations &amp; policies.</li>
<li>Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality</li>
<li>Client interaction and managing good relations.</li>
</ul>Competency / Skills:
<ul><li>Excellent analytical skills including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Good Academics (75% and above scores throughout)</li>
<li>Zeal to learn and strive in the credit rating domain</li>
</ul>Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance or Commerce, CA/CFA or any additional certification in Finance will be an added advantage.</div>
