Position: Design Department AssistantLocation: Dubai, UAE - Business BayAbout the Company:We are an innovative events company where the Design Department plays a crucial role in driving our success. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Design Department Assistant to support our team of designers and help streamline our processes.Responsibilities:- Administrative Support:- Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.- Maintain and organize digital and physical files.- Project Management:- Assist in tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables using tools like Notion.- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.- Prepare and update project reports and presentations.- Execution Support:- Assist in the preparation of design materials and documents.- Support the design team with tasks related to 3dsMax, SketchUp, and Excel.- Help with the organization and management of design assets.Requirements:- Education and Experience:- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.- Previous experience in an administrative or project management role is a plus.Skills:- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Notion.- Basic knowledge of 3dsMax and SketchUp is preferred.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Personal Attributes:- A team player with a collaborative mindset.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.- Gain experience in the events and design industry.- Collaborate with a talented team of designers and industry professionals.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>AutoCad: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>
