The Maintenance/Janitor is responsible for daily, weekly and monthly tasks associated with the cleaning and repair of the overall property and individual resident units. The Maintenance staff must maintain BRIDGE Property Management Company&rsquo;s high standards to present the property in outstanding condition and provide residents with a safe, secure and well-maintained living environment. This position includes on-call duties which require your occasional presence at the property outside of your regularly scheduled hours.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Cleaning and maintenance of:<ul><li>
individual apartment units, including turnarounds with respect to garbage disposals, toilets, locks, painting, re-caulking, carpet cleaning</li><li>
exterior of the property including gates, entrances, garage doors, trash pick-up and removal, etc.</li><li>
interior courtyards and walkways, including light fixtures, hallways, inside windows, vents, etc.</li><li>
trash and garbage enclosures</li><li>
laundry rooms and washer/dryer equipment</li><li>
front lobby, community rooms and leasing office</li></ul></li><li>
Work with outside vendors and contractors to fulfill work orders</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Minimum six months of prior experience in maintenance and janitorial work, preferably in an apartment or residential setting</li><li>
Knowledge in basic home repair and troubleshooting of &ndash; but not limited to &ndash; electrical, plumbing, home appliances, and kitchen &amp; bathroom installations</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Ability to work with people in a positive and cooperative manner</li><li>
Knowledge of and demonstrated skills in handling cleaning and maintenance equipment</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
