Job PurposeTo manage and oversee MEP activities across assigned projects, ensuring proper planning, coordination, execution, quality, cost control, and timely completion in line with client and contractual requirements.2. Senior Project Engineer-Electrical (5–10 Years’ Experience)

1. Job PurposeTo manage all quantity surveying functions related to MEP works, including cost estimation, BOQs, valuations, variations, procurement support, and commercial reporting, ensuring accurate cost control and contractual compliance throughout the project life cycle.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed quantity take-offs for MEP systems</li><li>Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications</li><li>Perform on-site measurements and prepare monthly valuations/IPCs</li><li>Handle variations, claims, and contract administration</li><li>Support procurement through material take-offs and supplier evaluations</li><li>Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and highlight deviations</li><li>Review subcontractor bills, variations, and agreements</li><li>Prepare commercial reports and maintain QS documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying</li><li>10+ years&rsquo; experience as MEP QS in contracting companies</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting &amp; ELV systems</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Planswift, Bluebeam, or similar</li><li>Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills</li><li>Knowledge of contracts (FIDIC preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Quantity Surveyor (10 Years’ Experience)

Job Purpose: Lead and manage MEP projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Planning &amp; Execution: Plan, schedule, allocate resources, and monitor progress of all MEP works.</li><li>Technical &amp; Engineering Management: Review drawings/submittals, ensure code compliance, coordinate design, and resolve technical issues.</li><li>Budget &amp; Cost Control: Manage project budgets, variations, BOQs, and resource utilization.</li><li>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary client interface, attend meetings, and provide status updates.</li><li>Contractor &amp; Supplier Coordination: Manage subcontractors, vendors, material delivery, and performance.</li><li>Quality &amp; HSE Compliance: Ensure QA/QC standards, close NCRs, and enforce HSE policies and safe work practices.</li><li>Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, supervise engineers/supervisors, and ensure high productivity.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies: Leadership, communication, advanced MEP knowledge, project planning tools, problem-solving, contractual understanding, ability to work under pressure.Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical; MBA or certifications (PMP, LEED, NEBOSH) preferred.Experience: 15&ndash;20 years in MEP contracting, with experience leading major commercial, residential, industrial, or high-rise projects.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
