<div>Position Overview
The Bridgeforce Data Solutions team seeks an entrepreneurial mindset for a unique and exciting opportunity to focus on developing AI capabilities to enhance our products and internal processes while working closely with our VP of Product Design.
In this role, you will assist in the continued development of our AI chatbots and agentic solutions leveraging a combination of our proprietary tools and AWS-centric generative AI solutions for our financial services clients. You will participate in delivering those tools internally and with clients and help to ensure they understand how to use the solution effectively. You will also assist in identifying and implementing automation for our internal processes leveraging a combination of AI tools and traditional techniques.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Agentic AI Solution Creation<ul><li>
Document requirements from internal stakeholders and clients on functionality and design.</li><li>
Participate in the building of agentic solutions leveraging tools within an AWS environment.</li><li>
Test functionality of AI agents, including the evaluation of various LLMs for specific use cases including:
<ul><li>Developing tools that interpret historical datasets and identify potential data issues</li><li>
Incorporating client specific policies and procedures to ensure the AI follows specific rules</li><li>
Establishing guardrails to prevent prompts and outputs that would adversely affect the solution</li><li>
Ingestion and interpretation of image files relevant to the cases being investigated</li></ul></li></ul>
Documentation<ul><li>
Help develop user guides for clients to understand how to manage and obtain results from AI agents.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date documentation related to agent design and test results.</li><li>
Take detailed notes in meetings, including capturing and tracking of action items that result from conversations.</li></ul>
Maintenance<ul><li>
Perform quality checks on results to ensure accuracy.</li><li>
Raise discrepancies to team members for resolution.</li><li>
Prepare solutions for final delivery.</li></ul>
Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>
Coachable and hungry with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>
An understanding of generative AI solutions and experience building solutions using them.<ul><li>
Experience could be from classes, work or open-source competitions.</li></ul></li><li>
Experience with RAG and with specific AWS tools such as Bedrock are ideal but not required.</li><li>
A &ldquo;can-do&rdquo; attitude that finds ways to get things done with limited direction.</li></ul><ul><li>
Talented at taking initiative and being self-motivated.
</li><li>Capable of working independently and being accountable to deadlines with minimal supervision.<ul><li>
Willingness to learn on the job and share experiences with other members of the team.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in unstructured situations and bring order to undefined solutions.</li><li>
Advanced analytical skills.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
MS Office experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li></ul>
Additional Information
The selected candidate must be able to work remotely 40 hours per week (M-F). Travel is required and includes an annual company meeting plus limited internal in-person meetings and client visits averaging less than once per month.
The pay range for the position is dependent upon the selected candidate&rsquo;s prior experience and is estimated to be $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary plus bonus.
