This is not a freelance setup or agency collaboration &mdash; they build an internal team of disciplined operators who value structure, accountability, and long-term performance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Take full ownership of execution, optimization, and scaling of multiple Meta ad accounts</li></ul><ul><li>Execute campaigns strictly according to our internal Meta Ads Operation Framework</li></ul><ul><li>Set up and maintain clean, scalable account structures (ABO, CBO, full-funnel, Cost Cap where applicable)</li></ul><ul><li>Launch and validate creative tests based on briefs from the Creative Strategist and Founder</li></ul><ul><li>Make disciplined scale / hold / kill decisions based on data, not intuition</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor performance daily using Meta Ads Manager and TripleWhale</li></ul><ul><li>Manage budgets responsibly while protecting account stability</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain detailed audit logs of all meaningful changes in Notion</li></ul><ul><li>Write clear weekly performance updates explaining results and next steps</li></ul><ul><li>Share structured insights with the creative team on winning concepts and performance drivers</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for eCommerce brands</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of core eCommerce KPIs (CPA, ROAS, MER, NC-ROAS, NC-CPA, AOV)</li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to analyze performance and clearly explain what is working and why</li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in running Ads in EU specific regions</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment</li></ul><ul><li>Strong written communication skills (non-negotiable)</li></ul><ul><li>Used to documentation, structured workflows, and audit logs</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience managing 10+ eCommerce clients at the same time</li></ul><ul><li>Background in performance-focused or framework-driven agencies</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with disciplined scaling models rather than &ldquo;growth hacks&rdquo;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with European eCommerce brands</li></ul>What we offer: <ul><li>Fullt remote role with potential growth</li></ul><ul><li>⁠Health Insurance and Provident Fund</li></ul><ul><li>⁠Collaborative and dynamic work environment</li></ul><ul><li>⁠Salary starts from PKR 350k</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From Rs350,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
