Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT &amp; NON-IT )**Immediate joiners preferred (if applicable)**Experience: 1+ YearsIndustry: HR Consultancy / StaffingJob Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with clients and hiring managers Manage client requirements and ensure timely closure of positions Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycleRequirements: Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment Mandatory experience in an HR consultancy / staffing firm Hands-on experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills Good communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentPreferred Skills Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Understanding of different hiring models and recruitment metricsJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
