Tutoring Center AdministratorBridging Gap USA is seeking an organized, friendly, and dependable Tutoring Center Administrator to help manage the day-to-day operations of our busy tutoring center. This position is ideal for a retired teacher, former school administrator, or someone with experience in education who enjoys working with students, parents, and teachers.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Schedule student tutoring sessions and manage tutor schedules</li><li>Answer phones and respond to parent inquiries</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective families</li><li>Communicate with teachers, parents, and students regarding schedules and progress</li><li>Assist with student enrollment and record keeping</li><li>Support the daily operations of the tutoring center</li><li>Help coordinate substitute coverage when needed</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Knowledge of the school system preferred</li><li>Experience in education, tutoring, or school administration preferred</li><li>Retired teachers are encouraged to apply</li><li>Georgia teaching certification is a plus and may provide opportunities for substitute teaching</li></ul>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping students succeed while working in a positive, education-focused environment.Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
