As an IT Specialist, Senior, your role will be to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the IT Services that support core organizational functions. You will monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all networked software and associated operating systems. You will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
You will do this by:</b></h2></div><div><ul><li><p>
Analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; developing and implementing strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborating with IT Infrastructure Managed Service provider to resolve local end user and IT environment issues and service requests; Documenting incidents through the management system</p></li><li><p>
Designing and performing server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company&rsquo;s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.</p></li><li><p>
Supporting preparations and user acceptance testing required for infrastructure projects and enhancements.</p></li><li><p>
Integrating servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborating with end users to prepare for Audit and SOX compliance</p></li><li><p>
Communicating with customers internally and externally to document resolutions, recommended courses of action, and follow through on project requirements and enhancements</p></li><li><p>
Creating and maintaining documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.</p></li><li><p>
Providing guidance and solving escalated issues for IT Specialists on the team</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Solid knowledge and experience with servers, networks, PC/printer maintenance, antivirus software, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office</p></li><li><p>
Ability to recognize and analyze technical problems</p></li><li><p>
Well-developed project management skills</p></li><li><p>
Advanced understanding of IT policies, standards and procedures</p></li><li><p>
Strong ability to communicate and explain technical needs and problems to provide solution</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated ability to handle escalations with professionalism and speed</p></li><li><p>

Education</b></h2></div><div><div>
Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent education and experience</div></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
